NO REFUNDS
All fees and payments made for participation in any all programs, services, digital products (“the Service”) are strictly non-refundable. Once a payment is processed, you will not be entitled to any refund or partial refund, regardless of whether you choose to continue utilizing the Service or not.
CANCELLATION OPTION
You may cancel your subscription or participation in the Service at any time by notifying us in writing (email is acceptable) prior to the next billing due date. Cancellation requests received on or after the billing due date will become effective for the following billing cycle.
EFFECT OF CANCELLATION
If you cancel before the next billing due date, your subscription will end at the conclusion of the current billing cycle, and you will not be charged for any future billing periods.
You will continue to have access to the Service and any associated materials until the end of the current paid billing cycle. After this period, your access will be discontinued.
ACKNOWLEDGMENT & AGREEMENT
By purchasing and/or using the Service, you acknowledge that you have read and agree to this No Refund Policy & Cancellation Terms. You further agree that you will not initiate any disputes, chargebacks, or claims against Essential HER Solutions, LLC for refunds or credits.
CHANGES TO POLICY
We reserve the right to modify or update this policy at any time without prior notice. In the event of any changes, we will notify clients via email or through our website. Continued use of the Service after changes to this policy constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
